We are a multi-disciplinary business advisory service for small and medium sized businesses (SMEs). This means we can be your finance director, marketing manager, human resources supervisor or IT advisor for as much or as little time per month as you need.
We regularly speak to lots of SMEs and the more we have contact with the clearer it becomes that a significant number of company owners do not understand the dynamics of their own business. So, when the market toughens, they are in a weaker position than those who have their finger firmly on their company’s pulse.

We have those firm foundations of business experience and expertise. With more than 20 years experience in finance, systems design and implementation, project management, general management and business turnaround, we can step in to help whenever you need these skills.
We have experience in all stages of the business life cycle from start up to wind down and closure. We have also advised on both the sale and acquisition of businesses.
We have a number of external specialists we can also call on, but on any rare occasion we cannot help, we will be upfront and say so.
